In the process of re-registering for the investor portal, you will be given a temporary password, which you should type in and not copy and paste. Please note that you will be given a prompt of “Old Password” which means that you should type in the temporary password again. This procedure is different than when you update your password. In that case you should type in the password that you had previously used when you get the prompt of “Old Password.”
